Custom 3D printing – Commercial prop.

In 2024 NVS Visuals was tasked with 3D printing a replica of an Ice Hot at two different scales – one at 20% and another one at 40%.

We first needed to measure the object, make a 3D model and later scale it to new requirements. After 3d printing was completed we needed to sand and finish the prop, after color matching the paint to match the original. The inside was made out of a cast mold, which we made out of wax to replicate the true translucency of the cream ball.
