Mobile Marketing Tours, Built and Run by One Team
NVS Visuals produces multi-city mobile marketing tours end to end. We fabricate and wrap the vehicle in our shop, then route, permit, staff, maintain and strike it at every stop. We own our fleet and don’t rent vehicles or subcontract the build, so the brand experience stays identical from the first city to the last.
Recent tours:
- DDN AI Factory Tour (NVIDIA & Supermicro): a 38-foot expandable trailer built in 45 days, touring nationally
- Biodance: four cities, two custom vehicles, up to 2,000 visitors a day
- Quaker NFL tour: six cities plus two Super Bowl events in Las Vegas
- ESPN × WWE Danhausen Freeze Tour: 6,000+ popsicles developed and made in-house
What Is a Mobile Marketing Tour?
A mobile marketing tour is a branded experience on wheels that visits several locations as one campaign: retail flagships, festivals, stadiums, campuses or city streets. It combines vehicle fabrication, graphics, logistics, permits, staffing and maintenance on the road.
Mobile tour marketing works when one city isn’t enough. Instead of renting a venue and rebuilding the brand experience in every market, you build it once on a vehicle and take it to the people: product launches across several cities, sampling at stadiums and festivals, or a roadshow that visits customers at their offices. The same goes for experiential marketing tours with a bigger build, such as our expandable brand activation trailer, which opens into a 16′ × 38′ room at every stop.
Tour types we produce
- Product sampling tours: food, beverage and beauty sampling from trucks, carts and vans
- Trailer tours & roadshows: our 38-foot expandable brand activation trailer
- Airstream tours: classic gullwing trailers and a drivable 1984 Airstream RV
- Glass truck tours: see-through showrooms for product launches
- School bus & campus tours
- Food truck tours

Flagship: The Expandable Trailer — DDN AI Factory Tour

NVS’s largest mobile tour to date — a nationwide deployment for DDN, powered by NVIDIA and Supermicro. The activation runs on our 38-foot glass expandable trailer (16′ × 38′ footprint when expanded), with a 33-foot micro LED video wall, three interactive kiosks, and a full rooftop hospitality deck. Built from concept to GTC launch in 45 days. Currently touring nationally, pulled by our own 2026 Mack Pioneer tractor.

How the tour works: the trailer travels closed behind our own 2026 Mack Pioneer tractor, then expands on site into a 16′ × 38′ glass showroom in a single day. Inside, the 33′ × 7′ micro LED video wall stays bright enough to read through the glass in full daylight, next to interactive kiosks and BeMatrix walls with glow-edge lighting, so DDN, NVIDIA and Supermicro graphics can be swapped between stops without rebuilding. Up top, the rooftop hospitality deck with seating, branded umbrellas and audio doubles the activation footprint and is visible from the street. It launched at NVIDIA GTC in San Jose and continued to San Francisco and Boston, with NVS handling transport, permits, setup, crew and strike at every stop.
The same trailer is available for your tour: a mobile showroom or B2B roadshow trailer with the 33-foot LED wall and rooftop deck built in, rebranded for your campaign and run by our own crew.
Flagship: Biodance Multi-City Skincare Tour

A four-city U.S. tour for Korean skincare brand Biodance, with agency Seen Group, using two custom vehicles and one consistent brand world. It launched in New York in a glass box truck beside Sephora SoHo, then switched to a custom gullwing Airstream for The Grove in Los Angeles, Austin and Aventura Mall in Miami. Inside: CNC-milled shelving with contour LED, cast jelly sculptures and a mechanically engineered misting photo booth. At up to 2,000 visitors a day, the tour captured more than 7,000 photos. One in-house team handled fabrication, transport, setup, staffing and strike at every stop.

How We Plan a Mobile Marketing Tour
Every tour we run follows the same six steps. For the full version, with a timeline, a vehicle comparison and a checklist, read our 2026 mobile marketing tour planning guide.
1. Set the goal and the markets
Decide what each stop has to deliver: samples handed out, demos booked, leads captured, content created or press. Then pick the cities and the kind of locations that reach that audience, such as retail flagships, campuses, stadiums, festivals, conferences or customer headquarters.
2. Choose the vehicle
- Expandable trailer for a full walk-in room, demos, hospitality and multi-city B2B roadshows (see the trailer)
- Glass truck for street-level visibility and a live set people watch from the sidewalk (glass trucks)
- Food truck, vintage truck or cart for sampling food and drinks (food trucks, ice cream trucks)
- School bus, Airstream or van for a themed interior that travels (all experiential vehicles)
3. Design and build
Plan 6 to 10 weeks for a custom build: 3D design and approvals, fabrication, AV, graphics and wrap. Rush builds are possible; the DDN AI Factory Tour trailer went from concept to launch in 45 days.
4. Route, permit and schedule
Each city has its own permit rules for parking, sampling, sound, generators and, for alcohol, licensing. Lock venues and permits early, leave travel days between far-apart stops, and plan where the vehicle is stored and serviced on the road.
5. Staff every stop
A tour needs drivers, a setup crew, brand ambassadors, technical staff and a tour manager who travels with it. Using the same core crew in every city keeps the experience consistent.
6. Measure and report
Track visitors, samples, demos, sign-ups and social content at every stop, and compare markets as you go so later stops can be adjusted.
What drives the cost of a mobile marketing tour
- The vehicle, and whether it is rented from a fleet or built from scratch
- The build: interior fabrication, AV, graphics and wrap
- The number of cities, stops and travel days
- Permits, venue fees and insurance in each market
- Staffing, travel and lodging for the crew
- Product, samples, food and drink
Renting a vehicle from our fleet instead of building a new one usually saves the most time and budget. Send us your markets and dates and we will come back with routing options and a budget range.

Challenges & Solutions
Time: Planning ahead is essential for mobile tours. Certain towns require permits with a lead time of 60–90 days, so we recommend beginning preparations at least two to three months before launch.
Budget: By handling everything in‐house, we eliminate unnecessary vendor costs and streamline operations, ensuring you get maximum value for your investment.
Maintenance: We proactively maintain and adjust visuals, product displays, and custom setups throughout the tour, saving time and ensuring a polished appearance.
Visibility: With clever design and modular solutions, we maximize the impact of your campaign while minimizing logistical challenges.
Ready to take your brand on the road? Whether you need a single-city activation or a coast-to-coast marketing tour, NVS Visuals handles every detail in-house.

FAQs About Mobile Marketing Tours
How much does a mobile marketing tour cost?
Every tour is quoted per project. The budget comes from four parts: the vehicle (per day or per week of touring, including driver), the build (fabrication, wrap and any tech, quoted once for the whole tour), routing (transport, permits and parking per stop) and staffing (brand ambassadors and tour managers). A short regional sampling tour and a multi-month national roadshow sit at very different price points, so send us your markets, dates and goals and we will come back with routing options and a budget range.
What is the difference between a mobile marketing tour and an experiential marketing tour?
The terms overlap. A mobile marketing tour usually means a branded vehicle visiting several locations, often for sampling or awareness. An experiential marketing tour puts more weight on what people do at each stop: product demos, immersive rooms, games or hospitality. NVS produces both, from sampling trucks and carts to our expandable trailer and glass trucks.
How do I choose a mobile marketing tour company?
Ask who owns the vehicles, who builds the fabrication and who staffs the stops. Many mobile marketing tour companies rent vehicles and subcontract the build and crew, which adds handoffs and cost. NVS owns its fleet, including the tractor and expandable trailer, and fabricates, wraps, routes, permits and staffs every tour in-house.
How long does it take to plan a mobile marketing tour?
Planning a tour involves many moving pieces, including permits, routes, and logistics. We recommend starting preparations at least 2–3 months in advance to ensure everything is in place.
What services do you provide for mobile marketing tours?
We handle everything from fabrication and permitting to logistics, staffing, and ongoing maintenance. See our full list of services above for details.
How do you plan routes for mobile marketing tours?
Routes are planned based on the objectives of your campaign. We ensure that every location is aligned with your goals and handle all necessary permits for each activation.
Can a mobile tour use more than one vehicle?
Yes. Many tours switch vehicles to suit each market. Our Biodance tour opened in New York in a glass box truck, then moved to a custom gullwing Airstream for Los Angeles, Austin and Miami, with the same fabricated brand world, graphics and crew throughout. We run both vehicles from our own fleet, so the handoff between them stays seamless.
What makes NVS Visuals different from competitors?
We manage every aspect of mobile marketing tours in‐house—vehicles, drivers, fabrication, design, and logistics—giving us full control over quality, timelines, and costs.
Are your campaigns sustainable?
Yes! We prioritize eco‐friendly practices and materials, using recycled and reusable options whenever possible. As members of MUSE (Members United for Sustainable Events), we are committed to sustainability in all our projects.
