Biodance — Multi-City Korean Skincare Tour

When K-beauty sensation Biodance brought its collagen-mask phenomenon stateside, NVS Visuals partnered with Seen Group to build the entire physical experience end to end: two custom vehicles, four cities, one seamless brand world that traveled the country without ever changing hands. From the first sketch to final strike, every truck, every prop, and every photo captured came out of our shop and our team.

The tour opened in New York with a glass box truck staged beside Sephora SoHo, turning a busy sidewalk into a destination. It then transitioned to a custom gullwing Airstream that carried the brand world to The Grove in Los Angeles, into Austin, and on to Aventura Mall in Miami — each stop rebuilt and re-staged to feel native to its city while holding one consistent identity.

A fully fabricated brand world

Every element, inside and out, was fabricated in-house. The shelving was CNC-milled in our shop and paired with contour-following LED channels — also CNC-milled — so the lighting traced the cabinetry precisely and made the whole interior glow. Into that shelving we built 3D-printed, jelly-like blob elements: small, translucent accents printed and finished to read like the brand’s signature collagen texture.

The larger jelly forms were a separate build. We cast and hard-coated oversized jellies for the mirror elements and as freestanding sculptural pieces for the Airstream — durable enough to travel and tour, finished to look soft and wet. Both executions also carried custom three-dimensional logos and Sintra extrusions, fabricated in-house and finished to brand spec. Alongside these, we carved the signature jelly blob sculptures and built a custom mirror, full interior and exterior framing with custom wall builds, a gacha machine, lockers, a custom bar, and exterior Sintra prop cut-outs finished with dimensional lettering — a complete, photographable environment in two moving vehicles.

The showpiece: a mister photo booth

The centerpiece was a custom photo booth, mechanically engineered and CNC-milled in-house with an integrated misting system. A single button press releases a fine product mist from both sides while simultaneously capturing a photo — turning the brand’s core product benefit into a moment guests wanted to share. The build combined precision milling, mechanical fabrication, and custom electronics into one reliable, tour-ready unit. It generated more than 7,000 photos across the run.

Tour by the numbers

At up to 2,000 visitors per day, Biodance became one of the highest-traffic activations NVS Visuals has ever produced — four markets, two custom vehicles, 7,000+ captured moments, and a single in-house team handling fabrication, transport, setup, staffing, and strike at every stop.
