AV Built Into the Fabrication — Not Bolted On After
Most fabrication shops build the structure and leave AV to someone else. Most AV companies show up to a finished space and figure out how to make their equipment fit. The gap between those two teams is where projects fall apart — misaligned power, screens that do not fit the wall, sound that was never planned for, and lighting rigged as an afterthought.
At NVS Visuals, AV is part of the fabrication process from day one. The same team that designs the wall plans the power. The same team that builds the frame mounts the screen. The same team that prints the graphics programs the content.
This is not an AV rental service. We integrate audiovisual technology into fabricated environments — pop-ups, mobile showrooms, brand activations, and experiential builds where the technology and the structure need to work as one.

AV Capabilities We Integrate
LED Video Walls
From conference-room-scale displays to the 33-foot by 7-foot micro LED wall we installed inside the DDN AI Factory Tour expandable trailer — NVS handles LED video wall sourcing, mounting, power infrastructure, and content integration.
We engineer the wall structure to support the display weight and heat, run dedicated power circuits during fabrication, and build cable management into the frame — so on install day, the screen mounts flush and clean with no visible wiring.
Touchscreen Kiosks & Interactive Displays
Interactive touchscreen kiosks for product demos, data capture, wayfinding, and storytelling. We source screens in standard and custom sizes, fabricate the housing and mounting, and manage content programming.
For the DDN tour, we integrated six 6-foot vertical kiosks and seven 28-inch interactive touchscreens — each sourced, housed in custom fabrication, and programmed with interactive content. All wiring and data runs were built into the BeMatrix framing during the structural build.
Lighting Systems
Architectural lighting, activation lighting, and glow-edge LED integration built into modular framing. We design lighting plans as part of the fabrication — not as a separate scope. Ceiling rigs, under-counter LEDs, backlit panels, spotlight tracks, and programmable color systems are all wired during the build.
Sound & Audio
Integrated sound systems for presentations, ambient environments, and activation zones. We install speakers, amplifiers, and zone controls into fabricated structures — including rooftop audio for outdoor activations. Sound is planned during the design phase so speaker placement, wiring, and acoustic considerations are solved before the first wall goes up.
Power & Data Infrastructure
Every AV integration starts with power. We design and install dedicated electrical circuits, distribution panels, and data wiring as part of the fabrication — not as an add-on. For mobile builds, we engineer power systems that run on generator, shore power, or vehicle electrical depending on the deployment scenario. Climate control (custom AC systems) is integrated the same way.
Gaming & Entertainment Integrations
Xbox, PlayStation, VR stations, and competitive gaming setups integrated into fabricated environments. We handle console mounting, display installation, controller stations, and network infrastructure. The DDN tour included multiple gaming stations as part of the visitor experience.

The technology works because the
fabrication was designed for it.
Where We Integrate AV
AV integration is not a standalone service — it is a capability built into every fabrication format we offer:
• Expandable trailer — 33′ micro LED wall, touchscreen kiosks, rooftop audio, full power infrastructure. The DDN AI Factory Tour is the benchmark.
• Glass trucks — screens, lighting, and sound integrated into custom-fabricated interiors visible through 360-degree glass walls.
• Pop-up fabrication — LED walls, photo moment installations, backlit displays, and interactive stations built into scenic walls and custom structures. The KFC Sundays takeover featured custom LED marquee and interior LED frames all fabricated and wired in-house.
• Modular framing — AV elements mount directly to BeMatrix frames with power and data routed through the frame system. Screens, speakers, and lighting travel with the structure.
• Event and trade show environments — presentation stages, demo stations, and keynote displays where AV performance is the centerpiece of the experience.
• Experiential vehicles — every vehicle in our fleet can be equipped with AV during the interior fabrication process.
Why Integrated AV Beats Separate AV
When AV is a separate vendor, here is what happens:
• The fabricator builds walls without knowing where screens will go — then the AV team arrives and the mounting points are wrong
• Power circuits are undersized because the electrician did not know about the LED wall until install day
• Cable runs are exposed because there was no plan for concealment during fabrication
• Sound bounces wrong because the room shape was finalized without acoustic input
• The schedule slips because two vendors are coordinating through a third party
At NVS, none of these problems exist. The structural engineer, the fabricator, the AV technician, and the graphic producer are all in the same building working from the same plan. The screen mounting is designed into the wall. The power is wired during framing. The cable management is invisible. The timeline is one timeline.
This is how we installed a 33-foot micro LED wall inside a trailer that drives on highways — in 45 days. It is not possible with separate vendors.

Integrated AV FAQs
Do you rent AV equipment separately?
No. We integrate AV into fabricated environments. If you need a standalone screen rental without fabrication, we are not the right fit. If you need technology built into a structure, pop-up, vehicle, or activation — that is exactly what we do.
What size LED walls can you install?
From small presentation displays to the 33′ x 7′ micro LED wall we built for the DDN tour. Size is determined by the structure, power availability, and activation goals. We engineer the mounting and power infrastructure to support whatever the project requires.
Can you add AV to an existing build or venue?
Yes, but the best results come from planning AV during the design phase. If you have an existing space that needs AV, we can assess the structure and integrate technology — but we may recommend structural modifications for optimal performance.
Do you handle content programming?
We manage content loading, scheduling, and basic programming for touchscreens and displays. For complex interactive applications or custom software development, we work with your content team or can recommend partners.
