Pop-Ups, Built and Mobile

NVS Visuals is New York City’s experiential production company for pop-ups — the kind built in a space and the kind on wheels. Most shops split this work across three vendors. We run all three in-house: fabrication (scenic, CNC, foam carving, metal and millwork), visual production (large-format print, vinyl and textiles) and mobile experiential (our own fleet of food trucks, Airstreams, glass trucks and vans).

That is how we built Tatcha’s tea pavilion and moss garden in Grand Central’s Vanderbilt Hall with 7 days of fabrication and a one-day load-in, took over the Highline Nine gallery for CARE’s CARE Package® anniversary exhibition, turned a NYC restaurant into KFC Sundays, and run multi-city mobile marketing tours. We work directly with brands and as the build partner behind experiential agencies — concept and engineering, permits and insurance, install, staffing and strike.

Our expertise extends to custom fabrication, including woodworking, foam props, and detailed carpentry, as well as architectural graphics, environmental designs, and textile printing for SEG systems and branded apparel. With a specialization in vinyl wrapping, we transform spaces and vehicles into impactful marketing tools. We also manage mobile experiential campaigns, handling everything from vehicle sourcing and customization to permitting, staffing, and logistics.

Our multi-faceted team and state-of-the-art equipment—including large-scale printers, 3D printers, CNC machines, and more—make NVS Visuals a true one-stop creative shop. We can print on virtually any substrate, operate the largest CNC bed in the industry, and have a dedicated finishing and painting department. Additionally, we are experts in vinyl printing and application, with highly skilled installers on staff every single day—not just on a per-project basis. Fleet of Experiential Vehicles — We own and operate a fleet of branded vehicles available for activation campaigns: food trucks, Airstreams, glass trailers, promo vans, ice cream trucks, and fully custom pop-up units. Available for rental or full-service activation management.

Integrated AV & Digital — LED walls, touch screens, sound systems, and branded digital experiences built directly into fabricated structures. No third-party AV vendor required — our team designs and integrates AV as part of the build from day one.

In-House Print & Install — Large-format UV and dye sublimation printing, vinyl application, and installation crews on staff every day. We print, cut, and install under one roof — no outsourcing, no markup on subs.
