Calzedonia “Serve Legs” Taxi – NYFW 2026 Brand Activation in New York City
For New York Fashion Week 2026, Calzedonia put its tights on the street. NVS Visuals built and branded a vintage New York yellow cab with a sculpted “Serve Legs” roof topper: oversized legs in Calzedonia tights kicking up from a custom “Calzedonia — The Tights Expert” taxi light. The cab drove through Manhattan during Fashion Week and pulled up to The Stoop, Calzedonia’s SoHo pop-up at 188 Lafayette Street, open September 12–13.
Parked curbside, the cab became the photo moment of the activation. Guests, including Jordyn Woods, posed in front of it, at the open door and stepping out of the cab, and the legs on the roof read from a block away. The cab was one of the most-shared images of the brand’s Fashion Week program and was covered across the trade and fashion press.
From 3D Model to the Street
The legs started as a design mockup on the cab and a full 3D model of both pairs — posed, proportioned and checked from every angle before anything was cut. From the approved model we sculpted, finished and dressed the legs in Calzedonia tights, then engineered the mount so they would ride securely on a moving taxi.
The topper was designed, sculpted, finished and mounted in-house, and the cab came from our own fleet of vintage taxis — so the build, the branding and the vehicle all came from one team.
