JD × Nike Sportswear Fleece Glass Truck
JD × Nike Sportswear Fleece Glass Truck – A Sneaker Store Behind Glass in NYC
For JD and Nike Sportswear’s Fleece drop during New York Fashion Week, NVS Visuals built a store inside one of our glass trucks and drove it to the people who set the trends. Working with the agency Three20X, we wrapped the truck in Nike red, fitted a shoe wall and fleece rail behind the glass and ran two days of house calls in September 2026: ten stops at influencers’ homes on day one and ten stops at magazine editors on day two.
The Brief
JD and Nike wanted to deliver the new Fleece collection in person, in a way that looked like a store and felt like a surprise.
- A retail space that could pull up at a front door anywhere in Manhattan and Brooklyn
- Product visible from the street, so the truck itself did the advertising
- A fast build and a reset between the two days for a new audience
How We Built It
Design. Our design team modeled the interior first: red walls, a clothing rail, curved shelving, a curtain and an arched doorway, all sized to the glass box.
The build. We built the interior in our shop: shop drawings, carpentry, paint and set dressing, with every fixture secured for driving on city streets. Inside: a shoe wall, a fleece rail, JD bags and a red carpet floor, with walk-up stairs for guests.
The truck. The glass truck comes from our own fleet. We printed and installed a full Nike red exterior wrap with JD and NSW branding, and removed it after the program.
The route. Our driver ran both days from Manhattan to Brooklyn on a planned route, and our crew reset the interior between the influencer day and the editor day.
Glass Trucks for Fashion and Product Drops
A glass truck turns a product drop into a moving storefront: people see the product before they step inside, and every stop is a photo. See our glass truck rentals, the Seedtag glass truck at Advertising Week and retail pop-ups.
