In September 2024, NVS Visuals partnered with Eventique to bring Monday.com’s Elevate conference to life with sustainable event graphics. Our work included sponsor booth visuals, directional signage, vinyl-wrapped bars and furniture, and a large-scale facade wrap to transform the venue into a fully branded experience. From planning to installation and removal, we ensured the event met Monday.com’s sustainability goals without compromising on visual impact.

To achieve this, we used PVC-free vinyls, recycled media, and Kraft-faced boards instead of traditional foam alternatives. Despite challenges like selecting rigid, eco-friendly materials and coordinating with multiple vendors, our team delivered a stunning result. The event graphics combined durability and sustainability, contributing to a polished, environmentally responsible conference.

• Vinyl signage and wrapping – All of the sponsor booths were wrapped by our team with PVC-Free vinyl
• Fabricated event signage – All handing and floor level signage was printed, cut an installed
• Custom event flats – We produced custom standing flats, which were backed by Falcon board with craft paper finish. Some of them were first UV printed on.
• Front facade vinyl wrap – We wrapped the front of the building in removable and PVC-Free vinyl
