Roku Campus Pop-Up at NYU – Experiential Vehicle
In August 2024, NVS Visuals launched a branded experiential vehicle activation for Roku at New York University, in partnership with Sunshine Sachs Morgan & Lylis. The goal was to engage students during back-to-school season with a fully customized promotional van, wrapped inside and out and built out with LED lighting, branded displays, and an in-vehicle coffee station. To add interactivity, we also fabricated a dorm-style photo op that created a fun, sharable moment for students.
To drive student engagement and meaningful data collection, we structured a giveaway campaign tied to QR code sign-ups. At the top of each hour, the first 50 students who registered were rewarded with Roku merchandise. Over the course of four hours, the event delivered over 1,000 sign-ups, 600+ coffee servings, and 200 high-value giveaways, all supported by a streamlined data collection strategy integrated directly with Roku’s platform.
