Event signage were the foundation of Monday.com’s Elevate 2024 conference, where NVS Visuals partnered with Eventique to deliver a bold, sustainability-focused branding experience in New York City. We provided a fully integrated visual system—wrapping sponsor booths, producing vinyl signage, customizing furniture wraps, and transforming the building’s facade. All event graphics were executed with eco-conscious materials to align with Monday.com’s green initiatives.

Sustainable Event Graphics Fabrication and Execution

To reduce the environmental footprint, we used recyclable Falcon Board with a Kraft finish and PVC-free vinyl. Our in-house production team at NVS Visuals handled everything—from design proofs to printing, fabrication, and installation. Because of this, we controlled quality and timelines at every step. As a result, the event graphics came to life on schedule and matched Monday.com’s creative goals without sacrificing sustainability.

Additionally, the project demanded precise timing and collaboration. We coordinated with multiple vendors and managed a fast-paced installation and removal schedule. Each visual component—signage, booth wraps, and flats—was strategically designed and placed for maximum visibility and cohesion. We also supported the creative team by aligning visual production with Monday.com’s brand guidelines.
