Otter Avenue Brand Launch – School Bus Pop-Up in Williamsburg

Portfolio Description

School bus pop-ups don’t get more dynamic than this. In May 2025, NVS Visuals partnered with LaForce to launch Otter Avenue, Carter’s newest brand, through a custom-built school bus activation in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Since Otter Avenue had no existing retail identity, our team developed the entire visual concept and retail design from scratch, starting with 3D renderings and carrying it through to full fabrication and onsite execution.

Inside the bus, we fabricated a complete retail build-out, including storage, display shelving, racks, a changing room, and an integrated video wall and branded photo moment. Outside, the activation expanded with a custom tent, a branded tricycle with printed umbrella, and a CNC-cut puzzle wall with dry-erase surfaces, giving kids a chance to play and create while engaging with the brand. NVS also produced all exterior visuals and wraps, secured permitting for a street-level event in Williamsburg, and managed logistics from start to finish. By combining creative direction, fabrication, and experiential design, we introduced Otter Avenue with a school bus pop up that doubled as both a retail debut and an interactive family-friendly experience.
