Grayscale – Citroën Holiday Pop-Up & Experiential Container in Flatiron Plaza
The Citroën holiday pop up for Grayscale, produced with Mazarine, transformed Flatiron Plaza into a seasonal experiential moment blending European vintage design with modern fintech storytelling. NVS Visuals served as the lead production partner—handling fabrication, visual production, vehicle wrapping, AV integration, and logistics. The activation centered on a custom-painted and PVC-free–finished container paired with a fully branded Citroën HY coffee truck, creating a cohesive winter pop-up environment in one of Manhattan’s busiest public spaces. From the outset, our team color-matched the Citroën’s matte vinyl wrap to the freshly painted container exterior, ensuring both structures read as a unified installation. The container itself was fabricated to open fully along one side, allowing the interior to function as a walk-in brand space and social zone. Inside Flatiron Plaza’s tight footprint, NVS coordinated a midnight container drop to give fabrication crews the necessary clearance window, followed by driving in the Citroën the next morning for power connection and alignment.
In addition to the vehicle and container work, NVS programmed and deployed three digital kiosks—part of our expanded AV capabilities including LED trucks and video wall systems. These touchscreen units delivered campaign content, menus, and interactive brand moments layered into the coffee service experience. The Citroën’s interior included a commercial espresso setup with two stations, dual frothers, and custom printed-on-foam coffee art, supported entirely by our fabrication and visual production teams.
By handling design integration, vehicle finishing, custom fabrication, AV programming, and logistics in-house, NVS delivered a streamlined activation that balanced craftsmanship, brand cohesion, and operational efficiency. The result was a high-traffic holiday pop-up that merged classic aesthetics with forward-thinking fintech branding—right in the heart of New York City.
